Everyone is in need of more storage area from time to time! This renovation was to have a 30” door temporarily installed in the entranceway to the living room. The material cost for this install ran about 100$ for the lumber, drywall and trim along with a used door for 75$. When this storage has served its purpose, the tear out and repair will be simple with only 11 screws hole in the existing casing to fill with caulking.
